PAYMENT POLICY:
At the time of booking a $100 Non-Refundable deposit will be paid and a booking contract will be provided to sign and return. There is a 3.5% fee for the use of credit card for payment.
The remaining balance will need to be paid in full at least 24 hours before the date of the scheduled event or party.
PARTY HOST RESPONSIBILITIES
The Host is responsible for obtaining a location for the party to be held at. We suggest 110-150 square feet for each player, meaning a party of 12 would need a space about 1320 - 1800 square feet. Usually a front or back yard would be enough. If no private location is available one of the fields at Bishop City Park can be reserved for a small fee by calling the city parks and recreation department. There are also other various indoor and outdoor locations that can be reserved throughout town. It is the Host's responsibility to coordinate and secure the reservation of these locations if needed. In order for the gaming system to run we will need a standard outlet within 100 feet of the playing field. If this is not available we can provide a portable power supply for a fee listed above.
Due to insurance, all participants need to have a signed waiver to play. Minors need to have a parent/guardian sign. We will provide a link for a digital copy and can also provide paper copies the day of the event.
CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY:
A Non-Refundable deposit is required for all bookings to reserve the date and time. The full remaining amount will be due at least 24 hours before the date of the event or party. If a conflict should arise and a change of date and/or time needs to be made, accommodations will be considered based on availability at no charge within three (3) months of the original event date and only once. If cancellation is the only option, this will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the event. There are exceptions in the case of rain or snow on the day of the event for outdoor locations.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
Our headquarters is located in Bishop, California 93514. Our primary service area is within a 20 mile radius of our headquarters. If you require service outside of our 20 mile radius, a travel surcharge fee will be applied depending on the additional distance traveled outside of the primary area based on gas, wear and tear and extra travel time.
